KUWC also offers class visits and in-class workshops, graduate writing groups, a Writing Fellows program, and multiple writing events. As part of the global community, the KU Writing Center fosters diversity in all of its dimensions and supports writers in reaching their personal and professional goals. We provide an environment that is conducive to diverse learning styles and forms of expression, and we respect writers' use of their home languages and world Englishes.
We are looking for students who are successful writers, who have an interest in continuing to improve their own writing, who have an interest in working collaboratively with other students, and who are good listeners and communicators.
